The collective work offers, through the inclusion of different perspectives, a multiple and diverse vision of the constitutional process and the new Constitution. It also aims to share experiences, as well as the findings and lessons learned. It is by no means comprehensive; rather an effort for analysis and reflection, which will be gradually completed and enhanced during the implementation process of the constitutional text.
